LegalPay adheres to applicable legal, regulatory, and industry-standard requirements, including data protection best practices, mandatory controls and compliance frameworks, and RBI-mandated data localization standards for payment data, which is stored securely within India.

We may modify or update this Privacy Policy at any time. Revised versions become effective immediately upon posting on the Platform. Users are advised to review this Policy periodically. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
